Mark Birch is one of the world’s leading experts with over 35 years’ of international experience in the field of hair and scalp care. Born into a long line of family hairdressers in West London, he studied Combined Science (Trichology) and graduated as Trichologist in 1985. Mark is the only Trichologist allowed to treat both men and women in the United Arab Emirates, appointed by His Highness. Mark also has a City & Guilds in hair dressing.

Today Mark is a Fellow of the prestigious Asian Society of Trichologists.

Robert Taylor-Hughes(MBA), is an FMCG & CPG expert specialising in skincare & hair care. Previously Robert has worked in key positions with Beiersdorf, Henkel, Redken & Schwarzkopf. Robert worked at Beiersdorf in several C-level positions including the President and CEO USA & Canada, Managing Director & CEO Middle East and West Asia and Marketing Director- Export Markets from corporate headquarters in Hamburg Germany. During his tenure as the Managing Director of Beiersdorf Middle East & West Asia, he managed over 37 countries for the BDF Group. During his posts he has been responsible for P&L in excess of $500m. He has recently been consulting in several non-executive roles and a key contributor to Coleman Research, Gerson Lehmann Group and Third Bridge. 

Robert’s expertise includes product design, product manufacturing, private label, routes to market, distribution networks, marketing strategy, strategic agility, P&L, HR and supply chain. Having lived on five continents (Europe, Middle East, North Africa, Asia and North America), during his multinational career, Robert brings a wealth of global expertise and international problem solving.

Tuija has been studying biomedicine, specifically about the growth factors and plasma protein compounds for tissue regeneration and hair regrowth. She has been working with Mark for many years. She has also been working as a practitioner and been teaching in numerous countries throughout the Europe and Middle-East. Tuija works closely with product and clinical development for hair and scalp.
