THE HEALTHIER THE SCALP, THE BETTER THE HAIR GROWTH!
Conditioners work by leaving a fine coating of either wax, oil protein or resins on the surface of the hair. They are usually made slightly acidic in pH. They are also anti-static and leave the hair with more volume easier to manage with a better shine.
Most conditioners are waxes or balsams. Apart from small deposits that stay on the hair, the rest goes down the sink.
Conditioners are to be used on the hair only, never to be used on the scalp.
Shampoo tend to be alkaline, that’s why the conditioner has to restore the pH of the Hair. pH balance of conditioner is between 4 to 7, slightly acidic level to close the cuticle. This is important in protecting hair cortex and giving hair its shiny look
Mark Birch Trichologist™ conditioners are made of high grade, high quality ingredients; proteins and fatty tissues which give the hair more volume, better feel and texture and are a lot easier to manage.
If hair is over processed or chemically treated, you can leave some in the ends of the hair and use as an internal conditioner, no need to rinse off. You can judge it according to the length and texture of your hair.
